Deploy the new foundry-dashboard/ Next.js app to Vercel. **What**: Standalone dashboard for the C8 Foundry pipeline. Shows task status, spec completion, arm performance, audit trail. Queries Supabase EU directly. **Location**: foundry-dashboard/ (root of dutypay-platform repo) **Steps**: 1. cd foundry-dashboard/ 2. vercel link (or vercel --yes for auto-setup) 3. Set env vars: - NEXT_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL=https://llfnvahxgwehcdoohgnf.supabase.co - SUPABASE_SERVICE_KEY=sb_secret_xA7tjtT2VkhcSPt0rDk3EA_qQ3bMbfy 4. vercel deploy --prod 5.
