Foundry Dashboard: Credits Tracker UI

Description

Add a Credits Tracker view to the Foundry Dashboard (foundry-dashboard on Vercel). Show: program name, applied date, status (pre-app/applied/accepted/active), credits received, credits burned, expiry date, runway remaining. Pull from foundry_tasks with sprint=CREDITS-BLITZ or a new supabase table credits_tracker. Visual: progress bars for burn rate, countdown for expiry.
